Monday What is your return policy? TOP
You may return any item, with which you are unhappy. We will issue a boutique credit or refund. . . Your choice. However, all four of the following conditions must be met in order for Darla's Closet to accept the return:

All tags must be on the returned item(s).

The item must not have been worn and be in perfect condition. We have to be able to resell the item(s) in excellent condition to another one of our Girlfriends.

You must return the item(s) back to the boutique within 15 days of the date you received your package.We use the FedEx shipment receipt date to begin counting the 15 days.

We charge a $10 restocking fee.

You can call the boutique between Tuesday thru Saturday between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. or Sunday from 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. (PST). If you leave a message one of our Shop Girls will return your call within 24 hours. You can also send an email to shop@darlascloset.com for an immediate response.

Which carrier do you use to ship packages and what is the cost? TOP
We only entrust FedEx with your packages. All standard packages are shipped via FedEx Ground unless you'd like your package Expressed. We charge a flat shipping and handling fee of $10.00. I saw an item I fell in luv with and now it's gone. Can you re-order for me? TOP
Unfortunately, when an item is gone . . . for the most part it's gone. Our designers sell out, just like we do. In most cases, when we sell out it's gone. On occasion, we maybe able to get the same style in a different color. However, those times are far and few in between. Hence our saying, "The early girl gets the great piece to add to her closet." If you see and luv it, grab it before someone else does. Please keep in mind we sell to our Girlfriends all over the United States. I'm a designer. How can I get my collection in your boutique? TOP
We luv our indie designers! Luv 'em . . . luv 'em . . . luv 'em! We review and select a limited amount of collections to feature in the boutique each month. After reviewing a collection, if we think our Girlfriends will fall in luv with your items, we send an invitation letter to the designer and then add your items to our boutique store-front and internet boutique collection. Please send the following items for review: line sheet, suggested retail price and a product sample.
