new skincare routine ideas 10POINTS BEST ANSWER?!?
i have quite a few spots and i try liturally EVERYTHING to get rid of them but they never seem to go and i want spot free skin really bad so i want to try a new skincare routine to see if it helps because mine doesnt seem to be working. This is my skincare routine...
MORNING AND NIGHT:
i splash my face with warm water to open my pores, and i wash my face with 'nivea gentle cleansing cream face wash' then after ive rinsed this off i use 'pore penetrating exfoliating scrub' and massage this into my skin for about 2 minuits, then i close my pores with cold water and pat dry with a towel.
i use 'simple gentle moisturiser' everyday morning and night
i steam my face and use a facemask weekly
i dab some sudocrem on my spots before bed which does help take down redness but it doesnt make them go and i just want them gone 
does anybody have any new skin care routines i could try or any ways to getting rid of spots?
please help all answers are appreciated, thanks xxx

MORNING:
Do what you do, using the same products, and after you wash your face, I recommend applying Witch Hazel (I think you can get this at your local drug store). Then, for breakfast, make an all natural fruit smoothie with organic fruits and eat some carbohydrates like toast! After that, you should take a walk and do some leg exercises (You can find GREAT videos on Youtube).
~Switch your drinks to water and tea only! Cut down on the oils!
AFTERNOON: Snack on some fruits! Drink water! Treat yourself to a HOMEMADE SPA: http://www.birthdaypartyideas4kids.com/homemade-spa-recipies.htm (Try one of these treatments at least 1-2 times a week)
EVENING:
During dinner, there is a Korean food called Pugoku (Or cod soup) that only takes 3 minutes to cook! Very easy! All you have to do is boil dry cod and a Korean soup stock called Dashida: http://asianmerchant.stores.yahoo.net/dasostbfl.html LEAVES YOUR SKIN BABY SOFT!

Take a warm bath (1-2 weekly) and add some aromas! Then, cleanse your face like you usually do.
When you brush your teeth, switch to organic toothpaste, especially ones that lack Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. I recommend REMBRANDT! (SLS causes acne around the lip area!)
Sleep around 8 HOURS! THEY CALL IT BEAUTY SLEEP FOR A REASON!
