I just purchased a new aquaflow 2-speed spa motor. Unfortunately I did not pay attention when I took the old motor off as to which wire is for low speed and which is for high speed. The motor has terminals ground, line, high speed, and low speed. I know that green goes to ground and white goes to line (Common). What I don't know is which wire goes where for low and high speed (Red and Black Wires), or if it matters.

im a 19 year old male, and i've recently encountered a problem with underarm perspiration. I have been using Gillette clinical strength, with no luck. Still, after just a few hours or at most, maybe 5 hours, i start getting those embarrasing sweat rings on my shirt's underarms. What should I do now? Shave my underarms? What? Please, any advice is welcome.

I keep getting sore feet even in heels that arnt that high! Is there any way I could make them more comfortable? Im at my whits end. I love my boots but they hurt the balls of my feet even with gel cushions. All suggestions welcome please!!! x
